Baked Feta with Olives and Preserved Lemons

Ingredients:

Half of a baguette, cut into slices

2 Tablespoon of Moresh® Moroccan Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ cup Moresh® Green Olives with Herbs and Lemon

½ cup of Moresh® Dry Cured Olives

½ of a Moresh® Beldi Preserved Lemon, cut into small pieces

8 once block of feta cheese

2 Tablespoon of honey

1 Tablespoon of Moresh® Moroccan Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fresh herbs to garnish, like parsley

  

Directions:

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spread the pieces of bread on a sheet pan. Drizzle wiht 2 tablespoon of Moresh® Moroccan Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  2. In an oven-safe dish, mix together the Moresh® Green Olives with Herbs and Lemon , the Moresh® Dry Cured Olives, the Moresh® Beldi Preserved Lemon, and 1 Tablespoon of Moresh® Moroccan Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Add the block of feta cheese on top of the olives. Add the honey on the feta cheese. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with the bread croutons.
