Green Olives Tapenade and Prosciutto Crostini

Ingredients:

1 Baguette, sliced

2 Tablespoons Moresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil Basil Flavor

15 ounces Ricotta Cheese

6 ounces Proscuitto

7 ounces Moresh Green Olives Tapenade

 

 Directions:

  1. Fill Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a large, rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Slice the baguette on a bias then add the slices to the baking sheet
  3. Brush the top of each baguette slice with Moresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil Basil Flavor then toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until lightly golden.
  4. Top each baguette slice with ricotta cheese, prosciutto and Moresh Green Olives Tapenade.
