That’s what brought us together with Point G—an artisan pastry house founded by Julien Reignier, known for pushing the boundaries of flavor and technique. From his early passion in Haute-Savoie to training alongside some of the most respected names in gastronomy, Julien approaches pastry as a space for creativity, precision, and constant reinvention. 

This collaboration is a meeting of two crafts. 

Moresh extra virgin olive oil, with its smooth and balanced profile, brings a subtle richness and silky texture that transforms the macaron experience—adding depth without overpowering. Paired with Point G’s refined savoir-faire, the result is something unexpected, yet perfectly executed.

This limited-edition creation will be showcased at SIAL Canada in Montreal, where visitors can experience firsthand how olive oil can move beyond the kitchen and into the world of fine pastry.
