Lemon Lover Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed lettuce or arugula
  •  ¼ cup cooked quinoa
  •  2 tablespoons green olives with lemon and herbs
  •  ½ tablespoon capers
  •  1 tablespoons green olive tapenade
  •  A few wedges of preserved beldi lemon (optional)
  •  3 tablespoons Moresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Beldi Lemon
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1.  In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed lettuce or arugula and cooked quinoa.
  2. Add the green olives, capers, and green olive tapenade.
  3. Sprinkle the finely chopped preserved beldi lemon over the salad.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together Moresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Beldi Lemon with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, citrusy flavors.

Chili Addict Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, kale, or your favorite blend)
  • ¼ cup cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons spicy green olives
  • ½ tablespoon harissa with lemon
  • 1 tablespoon green or black olive tapenade
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Moresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Chili Pepper
  • ½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. In a large salad bowl, mix the greens and cooked brown rice.
  2.  Add the spicy green olives, harissa with lemon, and olive tapenade.
  3. Drizzle Moresh extra virgin olive oil infused with Chili Pepper, then add salt, & pepper, to taste.
  4. Toss well to coat all the ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed lettuce
  • ¼ cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons dry and cured olives
  • 1 tablespoon cocktail mix of olives
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Moresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed lettuce or spinach with the cooked quinoa
  2. Add the dry and cured olives and cocktail mix of olives.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Moresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Garlic and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
